  • 4 cups (~600g) Watermelon (cubed/seedless)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 small Garlic Clove
  • 2 slices Bread
  • Handful Basil Leaves
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Roughly chop the tomatoes and red pepper, chop the garlic and add all to the blender jug along with 4 cups of cubed watermelon.
Add in the handful of basil leaves and the sliced bread, than blend all very well together.
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve it COLD!

My week in pictures.

I am back from Manchester and I have to say I looooooooove this city. So so much!!!!
We've been there almost the whole last week and just came back home yesterday.
Manchester is somehow different. Nothing like any other city I've been to before.
But just enjoy the pictures!
And for me, it's been definitely not my last time in this amazing and vibrant city!
